Marriage is one of the most important times to review your legal documents. It allows you to document your wishes, protect your spouse, plan for future children, and ensure important decisions are made according to your preferences.

If we get our wills completed and later cancel our membership, is our will still valid?
Yes. Any will that has been properly prepared, signed, witnessed, and executed according to your state's requirements remains your legal document after cancellation.
However, life changes. Marriage, divorce, the birth of children, the purchase of a home, changes in assets, or other major life events may create a need to update your documents. Active members can continue to work with their provider law firm for covered updates and revisions as their circumstances change.
We always encourage families to review their estate planning documents periodically to ensure they continue to reflect their wishes.
